We’re a fun + friendly neighborhood barbecue spot—fired up by slow smoke, bold flavors, and serving good times for all.

Our style blends a nod to the classics, our northeast roots, and whatever playful, flavorful ideas we’re excited to serve—from here, there, and everywhere—piled high and made to pass around the table. The bar keeps the good times flowing with Vermont’s best beers, a small-but-mighty cocktail list, and handcrafted refreshers.

It’s all served with a fun, relaxed, + carefree vibe in our 100+ year-old farmhouse on the edge of the Winooski River.
