Bluebird Barbecue invites you to join us for a special evening with Vermont’s own Fiddlehead Brewing. We’ll be pairing their good-natured and locally loved beers with three creatively inspired food courses, curated and crafted by Chef Dan Miele.  Only 20 tickets are available for this special event!

Fiddlehead IPA Brined + Smoked Chicken Wing, tempura fried, spicy ‘Hodad’ sauce.

FIRST COURSE

Nantucket Bay Scallops, preserved lemon, ‘Personal Legend’ beurre blanc

Personal Legend, 4.9%, Honey Lager brewed w/ chrysanthemum & honey.

SECOND COURSE

Hodad Beef Vietnamese Salad, chili braised shaved beef tenderloin, napa cabbage,
fermented mango, pickled chili, smoked cashew, toasted coconut rice cracker.
