We are seeking an Experienced Line Cook to join our growing team! The right candidate will offer basic cooking skills/culinary experience, demonstrates a professional approach to work, and thrives in a team-first, dynamic setting. As a line cook at Bluebird Barbecue you’re area focus is:
Stock and maintain sufficient levels of food products at line stations to ensure a smooth service.
Assembling of dishes during service, following proper specifications for plate components, portion size, and presentation.
Assist in food preparation, accurately following recipes to maintain consistency + quality.
Restock, rotate, and store items properly. Clean and organize work stations.
Support teammates by offering help and assistance, and commit to our service goal of “Every Guest Leaves Happy.”
