🎉 Nut-Free Zone: We’re a nut-free facility, no nuts are used or stored in our kitchen.
🎣 No Fish, No Shellfish, No Problem: We don’t serve or prepare any fish or shellfish items — just plenty of barbecue favorites.
🌾 Gluten-Free Meats + Sauces: All of our slow-smoked meats and from-scratch sauces are gluten-free.
🥕 Veggie Good Times at Bluebird: Dig into our Smoked Mushroom + Seitan main and pair it with any of our classic from-scratch sides — they’re all vegetarian! Add fresh cut fries, our BIG Caesar salad, crispy Brussels, and more — there’s no shortage of tasty veggie options here.

We know that having the right details ahead of time helps you plan with confidence. Below you’ll find our guide to common dietary notes and allergens across our restaurant menu — a helpful way to assist you in choosing the perfect dish so you can plan your Bluebird good time!
Before we jump into the delicious details, just a quick note on our approach to allergens at Bluebird:
- At Bluebird, we’re dedicated to making your experience enjoyable, and we’ll work to accommodate your dietary notes as best we can! If some adjustments aren’t possible, we’ll let you know!
- Since barbecue is all about slow, flavorful smoking, we prep our meats in advance with special rubs and seasonings. Our sauces and from-scratch sides are made with care in batches, so some changes to individual dishes might not always be possible. However, at times and with plenty of notice, we can accommodate modifications to our barbecue offerings.
- While we take great care in preparing our meals, we cannot guarantee the complete absence of allergens in our kitchen, menu items, or the facilities of our vendors. While we do our best to accommodate dietary needs, please keep in mind that we’re not equipped to handle all allergens in a dedicated way. If you or your guests have dietary restrictions, we encourage you to review menu details carefully and use your discretion when managing dietary needs.
